Beaumont Health System appoints five trustees


Five community residents were recently elected as trustees of Beaumont Health System.

Beaumont has 105 trustees who meet twice a year and serve on committees to make recommendations to Beaumont’s board of directors.

Stephen Eisenberg, Bloomfield Hills, is president of Kenwal Steele Corporation. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from New York University. Eisenberg serves on the Jewish Federation Board, the Government Relations Oversight Committee for the Jewish Federation and is a Blue and Gold Board member at Detroit Country Day. He is also an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.   

Joseph Kaiser, Grosse Pointe Farms, is retired from Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Western Michigan University.  Kaiser is former board chairman of World Presidents’ Organization. He has been active and held leadership positions in many charities, business associations and his church. 

Terry Theodore, Bloomfield Hills, is a partner at Wynnchurch Capital Ltd. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California. Theodore serves as a board member at Northstar Aviation, Burtek Systems Corporation, U.S. Pipe and Foundry, Wolverine Advanced Materials, Fabco Automotive, JAC Products Inc., Safeworks Inc. and Indiana Limestone Finance Holdings Company. He is a former board member of VistaPro Automotive Products, Henniges Automotive Inc., Humanetics ATD Inc., IronHawk Industrial, Breuners Home Furnishings, Teksid Aluminum, Millenium Rail Corporation, Renaissance Cosmetics, Highway Technologies Inc. and Bristol Farm Inc.

Stefan Wanczyk, Rochester Hills, is president of Utica Enterprises Inc., CEO of Hour Media LLC and CEO of Lauderdale Development Corp.  He has a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Wayne State University. Wanczyk serves as a board member at Level One Bank and the Homer J. VanHollenbeck Foundation. He is also a member of the City and Regional Magazine Association and Alliance of Area Business Publications.

Howard Wolpin, Franklin, is owner and president of Great Lakes Beverage Company. He has a bachelor’s degree inhistory from the University of Michigan. Wolpin currently serves on the Detroit Brewers Retirement and Pension Board. He is former chair of the Michigan Beer and Wine Wholesalers Association Executive Board and has served on the Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler Panel.
